What you'll be doing: Manage daily store operations including sales, stock and team management. Lead, coach and develop beauty consultants and sales associates. Ensure high standards of customer service at every touch point. Implement strategies to drive sales and smash store targets. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to showcase the brand. What we're looking for: Previous retail management experience (hair & beauty background highly regarded).
