Job Description Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites is excited to expand our housekeeping department, with this dual role now available on a casual basis. This dual role combines Guest Room Cleaning with Common Area Cleaning & Guest Support responsibilities. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, while also assisting guests as needed. Key Responsibilities Include: Guest Room Cleaning Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours. Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and operational goals. Common Area Cleaning & Guest Support Clean and maintain all shared guest areas to the highest standards, ensuring spaces remain hygienic and visually appealing. Assist with after-hours guest enquiries, while addressing issues promptly. Operate specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively (with full training provided). Build positive, professional relationships with guests, colleagues, and contractors. Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour Saturday: $38.78 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour
