Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in project delivery using PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies. Extensive experience in delivering medium to large-scale ICT projects, with a strong track record of successful implementation. Furthermore, Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and community outcomes. Expertise in interpreting contracts, SLAs, and producing clear, structured documentation and reports. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaborative, high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement. Deep understanding of ICT systems, data integration, and project management methodologies. Desirable Experience working within a local government environment.
