We’re looking for a Duty Park Supervisor to lead our passionate team and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. This isn’t just about managing operations, it’s about creating magical farm-style experiences. From welcoming guests to overseeing tours and wildlife encounters, you’ll be the person who makes every visit feel personal, memorable, and full of country charm. Key Responsibilities You’ll be the go-to person for both team members and guests! You’ll be: • Leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects our friendly, farm-style hospitality. • Working closely with the Farmstay & Assistant Operations Manager to manage team members, farm tours, and wildlife interactions. • Coordinating opening and closing of attractions, tours, and experiences to keep operations seamless. • Responding to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, care, and a smile. • Supporting staff through training, mentoring, and performance management to ensure a high standard of guest service. • Monitoring and maintaining technical equipment and machinery to prevent downtime that could affect the guest experience. • Completing incident, injury, and accident reports as required. • Coordinating the Emergency Response Team and managing emergency situations efficiently. • Developing, implementing, and monitoring operational policies and procedures with a focus on safe and enjoyable experiences for all guests.
