We are looking for a leader to drive excellence in engineering and delivery within one of our engineering teams. You'll collaborate with product and design to create customer-focused solutions from concept to completion, while empowering your team to exceed their goals Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Camberwell office 3 days per week Some of what you will do You'll make sure your team works in the smartest way possible by helping engineers make intelligent trade-off decisions and collaboratively mature work practices You'll build relationships and collaborate within Product Development and across PaperCut to ensure that your deliverables reach expectations with quality You'll review and improve how your team approaches product engineering to ensure we're getting both the commercial and product performance that we expect You'll invest in developing your team's capabilities and identifying and attracting new talent to PaperCut A little about you You can work with other Engineering Managers to make product engineering decisions and guide execution You have experience building and releasing a successful SaaS product and working on improving launched products You can support your team in helping them deliver high-quality software products You can take a holistic approach to engineering, considering the wider businesses' thoughts and their impact on your decision-making
