We’re looking for a resilient, emphatic and proactive Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator (Fixed-Term) to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Carryout contractor management plan suitability audits Participate in Construction Risk Assessment Workshops Manage incident and hazard reports Undertake compliance audits and inspections of contractor works Assist contractor to meet Main Roads safety standards What you will bring to the team: 3-10 years relevant experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and Management Systems in general Ability to effectively use Microsoft Apps and platforms (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint) Ability to lead and carry our comprehensive audits Able to work well independently and as part of a team Qualifications and experience required: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) Certification in Lead Investigation (ICAM) With background in collecting specimens for alcohol and drug testing Internal Auditor Working knowledge on Basic Worksite Traffic Management Interested?
