Job Description: SailPoint Implementation Specialist Location: Sydney Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Implementation Specialist to design, implement, and support complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using SailPoint, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning solutions, and integrations with various systems. Key Responsibilities Implement complex Identity Management and JML processes/use cases based on business requirements and technical design. Integrate SailPoint IGA with authoritative sources and enterprise applications. Configure and customize SailPoint connectors (Active Directory, Web Services, and out-of-the-box connectors). Implement automated user provisioning/de-provisioning, system reconciliation, self-service password management, and profile management . Configure policies, workflows, and UI customizations within SailPoint. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices for entitlement review, certification, and RBAC (role-based access control) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions into enterprise architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint platform, connectors, and integrations. Document technical solutions, processes, and configurations for operational readiness. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations (development, configuration, and customization). Strong expertise in user provisioning, entitlement review, certification, and enterprise directory design . Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Web Services, and OOTB SailPoint connectors . Good understanding of IGA principles , including JML lifecycle management. Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and enterprise security policies. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in team settings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in integrating SailPoint with multiple authoritative sources . Familiarity with enterprise IT security frameworks and compliance standards. Previous experience working in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries Relevant certifications in SailPoint, IAM, or Information Security .
