SailPoint Tester About the Role We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Tester to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test planning, test strategy, and execution for SailPoint implementations, including out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and application onboarding . The role requires hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases for IAM use cases, JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) scenarios, and access provisioning workflows . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Cases for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations. Perform testing for: Base implementations, SailPoint OOTB connectors, and custom connectors . Automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows . Trusted/target system reconciliation. Self-service features (password reset, profile management, access requests). IAM/IDAM use cases including JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) scenarios. Conduct application onboarding testing for SailPoint integrations with enterprise systems. Generate test results, reports, and documentation in line with the test strategy. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to identify defects, track resolutions, and ensure solution quality. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements . Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow testing . Strong background in Test Plan, Strategy, and Test Case development . Hands-on expertise with OOTB and custom connectors (LDAP, AD, SAP, Cloud, Databases, etc.). Good understanding of identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, SoD, reconciliation). Familiarity with IDAM concepts and workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, access provisioning). Knowledge of SQL, LDAP, and API testing (REST/SOAP) . Strong skills in defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar . Ability to work in an Agile/DevOps environment . Experience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Understanding of IAM security best practices and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR). Exposure to cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity). Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityNow . ISTQB or other Testing Certifications a plus.
