Your next career opportunity As the Program Coordinator (Foreign Interest), you'll play a crucial role in implementing and developing the University's Foreign Interest Disclosure program. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across the institution, analysing complex data and providing strategic advice on foreign interference risks. This role offers you the chance to contribute directly to the University's research security and compliance with government guidelines, while developing expertise in a critical area of international research management. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate Foreign Interest Disclosure Program: Plan, execute, and deliver the annual FID program operation across all University researchers and employees, including disclosure collection and risk treatment within timelines. Analyse and Report on Foreign Interference Risks: Interpret trends from various University datasets and deliver comparative data reporting with longitudinal trends. Provide Strategic Advice: Offer guidance to stakeholders on foreign interference risks and mitigation strategies, contributing to communications and briefings. Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead opportunities to enhance business and team processes to improve efficiency, data insights and stakeholder experience. You may be a great fit if: You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and providing strategic advice on foreign interference risks in a university research context. You may also: Hold a degree in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience and training. Possess demonstrated experience in managing and reporting on large datasets. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Be able to work autonomously, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines effectively. Demonstrate initiative, personal drive, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Have the ability to understand and interpret technical and complex materials.
