Homelessness Services is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join the team in ensuring people who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness in the Canberra community have access to high quality support services and programs to assist in breaking cycles of disadvantage and homelessness. The successful applicant will possess excellent relationship management, communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills within a human services environment. The Relationship Manager assists the Assistant Director and is responsible for establishing and fostering a partnership relationship with The Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) funded community partners. The team carries a significant workload which can change rapidly in response to the needs of the community sector, and team members must be able to effectively manage multiple issues at once.
