Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online chat with clarity and professionalism Help customers identify the right parts/products based on their needs Process online orders, manage returns, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams Learn and navigate our internal systems Keep customer records and communications up to date and accurate Skills And Experiences About You You’re a natural communicator who’s friendly, tech-savvy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You bring: Great written and verbal communication skills Confidence learning and using online platforms and internal systems A calm, helpful approach to solving customer queries Experience in retail, online sales, customer service, or admin (preferred but not required) A genuine interest in automotive or willingness to learn Kickstart Your Automotive Career!
