About the Role Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our NSW branch to join our Service Team as a Dedicated Onsite Service Technician. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless AV experience by maintaining and troubleshooting onsite AV systems, assisting users, and providing high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior AV experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site audio-visual troubleshooting and help desk support. Perform regular service and preventative maintenance of in-house AV systems. Assist users with AV system operations and functionality. Conduct regular system health checks to ensure optimal performance. Document and report daily tasks and issues encountered. Create quick reference guides for users as needed. Generate status reports detailing AV system conditions and troubleshooting activities. Maintaining a regular regime of system testing, preventative maintenance, client training, asset management, administration, and reporting. Key Experience & Capabilities: Prior AV experience in a similar role in a corporate or events environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness. Impeccable professional presentation and a discreet demeanour. Knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing technology with experience in running help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Strong PC skills and proficiency in O365. Experience in a customer service or support position. A genuine interest in helping people and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
