About the role Health Personnel Pty Ltd' is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate Aged Care physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, personalised care to clients within the community. You'll be visiting clients in their own home so a vehicle is a necessity. What you'll be doing Assess and treat clients with a range of physiotherapy needs, including musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and age-related mobility issues Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals Educate clients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to provide coordinated care Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Actively participate in team meetings and professional development activities What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a community or aged care setting Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of physiotherapy conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of your patients Flexibility to work within a changing healthcare environment and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and best practices What we offer Our client is dedicated to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
