The Role As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in the production and packing of high-quality products. You will be: Operating across multiple production lines (packing boxes, using scales, stacking pallets) Maintaining quality standards and completing accurate paperwork Performing repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg) and fast-paced tasks Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with OH&S, GMP, and HACCP standards Assisting with site cleanliness and general production support What We're Looking For Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or fast-paced manufacturing Ability to lift/carry 20kg and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Good written and verbal communication Own transport and valid driver's licence Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Benefits $ Competitive hourly rate weekly pay Day & Afternoon Shifts available Free onsite parking Temp to perm pathway for high performers Immediate start don't wait!
