Key Responsibilities: Manage bookings, consignment notes, manifests, and freight coordination Assist customers via phone and email, building strong relationships and resolving enquiries Support scheduling of deliveries and collections to ensure timely completion Address freight discrepancies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare quotations and assist with invoicing Provide support to the Contract Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills and Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using data entry or tracking systems Strong communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask Great attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive workplace Why Join Centurion?
