Draft and negotiate agreements for large-scale developments, joint ventures , and strategic acquisitions. Navigate leasing arrangements across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors . The ideal candidate: Lawyer (3 PQE) , coming out of a reputable firm. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , with a strong academic track record. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Strong legal research and analytical skills, as well as proficient in drafting legal documents.
