Your Journey at a Glance Year 1 – Operational Foundations Rotate through depot‑based and frontline roles. Hands‑on learning in general freight, warehousing, site operations, safety protocols. Build credibility, operational skill, and a deep understanding of what makes our network deliver. Year 2 – Functional Rotations Move into corporate and business support areas aligned with your discipline and interests (e.g. Commercial, Fleet, Technology, HR, Finance). Contribute to teams that support Centurion’s core capabilities — pricing, contracts, route optimisation, data systems, people & capability, supply chain logistics. Year 3 – Specialisation & Capstone Join your “home” business unit. You must hold (or be about to complete) a relevant bachelor’s degree, have full Australian working rights, and be available to start in early 2026. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and those with up to 2 years of post-study experience. 2. What disciplines are considered relevant? We accept degrees aligned with: Supply Chain / Logistics Business / Commerce / Finance Information Technology / Data / Analytics Human Resources / People & Capability Engineering (Transport, Systems, Process) 3. Do I need logistics experience? No prior logistics or transport experience is required. We're looking for potential, passion, and a willingness to learn. A strong interest in the transport and logistics sector is essential. 4. Where will I be based? Graduates should be open to relocating and/or travelling during the program. Most rotations will occur in major Centurion operational sites across Australia — including Perth (head office), Brisbane and Darwin/Adelaide depots. Travel and relocation support is provided. 5. What happens at the end of the 3-year program? At the conclusion of the program, graduates transition into a permanent role aligned to their capabilities, interests, and business need. The final year includes a strategic project and targeted leadership development to support this transition. 6. How many graduates are you hiring? We typically bring on a select group of high-potential graduates each year. This allows for tailored development, close mentoring, and meaningful business integration. 7.
