Job Description Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You will be working in the Oak & Vine Restuarant This role includes dinner shifts, with day shifts occasionally available across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Shift Details (subject to change): Shift times vary between 5.00 pm and 1.00 am. Occasional day shifts may be a required within the restaurant. RSA and RSG certificates are required. Hourly rates (excluding super): Monday – Friday: $32.31 per hour Saturday: $37.87 per hour Sunday: $45.24 per hour
