Our enquiries are currently around 80% NDIS, but we also see many Home Care Package and private paying clients. We’re actively diversifying and expect to see more aged care work, especially with the changes coming from Home Care Packages to the new Support at Home program. We love working with older adults, supporting people to stay mobile and enjoy a better quality of life. We’re all about home-based, hands-on support delivered with warmth, respect, and reliability. Our team culture is supportive, built on open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service. ðWhy join us? Happy clients who feel heard and empowered Referrers who are kept in the loop, with genuine multidisciplinary care between team members, families, carers, and other allied health professionals A caseload that energises you (not burns you out) Positive relationships with participants, families, and support coordinators You feeling part of a genuinely kind, down-to-earth team — think the occasional team brunch, a platform that helps you manage your caseload with ease, access to helpful resources, and good communication with each other ðA little real talk: We’re a growing business that is far from perfect but always striving to improve. We ask the same of the people we work with. It’s an exciting time for us as we get our heads around the evolving world of healthcare, NDIS, and aged care, with AI and new tech changing how we work every day. You’ll do well here if you’re patient, a team player, and able to balance your other commitments alongside this work. We’re called Moving Healthcare because (amongst other things - including its huge potential for puns) we believe in customer service that is efficient and actually gets things moving. That only works if our team is responsive, so we would ask that you check your phone for MHC messages at least twice a day, even just for a quick look and message react. We’re working hard to make things as easy as possible for everyone, so things run smoothly for clients, referrers, you, and me. You’ll be a contractor. I’m conscious not to cross into sham contracting territory, but I do strive to create a genuine, warm, and supportive team culture. Plenty is still a work in progress here. Some people find that part of the charm, for others it might not suit, and that’s totally fine! If you’re authentic, respectful, and want to work together, I’d love to hear from you.
