Better Outcomes Psychiatry and Psychology We are a boutique private practice located in Grovedale, Victoria, committed to delivering genuinely better outcomes for our clients. Our compassionate and skilled team includes two clinical psychologists working with adolescents and adults, a psychologist specialising in child, family, and educational support and assessment, and a psychiatrist working with adult clients. Each of our clinicians bring warmth, intelligence, and extensive experience to our private practice. What we are offering: We are looking for a psychiatrist or psychologist to join us. We can offer a room rental agreement for 2–3 days per week . You will be supported by a strong network of local referrers, and you are welcome to bring an existing client load (where appropriate). Your room is fully furnished in a light-filled, thoughtfully designed practice. The waiting room is warm and inviting—complete with chocolate—and we offer full reception support to help your work run smoothly. Who we are looking for: We’re seeking an experienced and independent psychiatrist or psychologist who values the wellbeing of their clients. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team environment, with opportunities for peer support, supervision , and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) integration (if desired).
