About The Business Jade Care Therapy is a disability service provider local to Southwest Sydney. Our aim is to help our clients and participants reach their goals. It's as simple as that! We have a growing multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support, Early Childhood Teachers, Therapy Assistants, and Support Workers. About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and confident Speech Therapist who enjoys working with families to achieve the best outcomes for clients and participants. Senior and General therapist roles available. As an experienced therapist, you will be using your clinical and administrative skills to: Provide assessment and therapy for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development Complete assessment and therapy paperwork in a timely manner Assist clients/participants to reach their independent life and skill goals Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your clients/participants. This role involves actively contributing to the development and implementation of our service delivery model. We are a person and family-centred service that prides ourselves on achieving positive outcomes for the families we serve. About You: Our successful candidate will have: A passion for supporting people with a disability and their families Registration with SPA as a Speech Therapist Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Police check or willing to obtain NDIS workers check or willing to obtain Current CPR training willing to obtain Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team Exceptional time management skills Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential) What we can offer • Support to grow.
