About the role The Clinical Midwife Consultant - Growing Deadly Families will assist North West Hospital and Health Service clinical staff to practice contemporary, evidence based maternity care, and ensure that clinical care aligns with endorsed procedures and guidelines. The role will work to build a quality improvement and patient safety culture whilst providing clinical leadership. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as a Registered Midwife. A post graduate qualification or currently enrolled in a post graduate program in a relevant area of study is highly desirable. Appointees will be required to work Monday to Friday in accordance with the unit roster. The position may involve travel to various facilities or units within the North West Hospital and Health Service. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
