This role is for one of our portfolio companies, not internally at Airtree. Your application will be reviewed by the founder, not an Airtree employee. Airtree has recently invested in a stealth-mode startup on a mission to elevate how business leaders activate and nurture their most valuable asset: relationships. With an MVP already live and three accomplished founders in place, the company is now seeking a Founding Growth Lead to craft and execute its go-to-market strategy, alongside one of the co-founders/CEO. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to shape marketing, partnerships, and growth experiments from day one. The team are based in Sydney, with a workspace in North Sydney. It's important to be able to work and build in person. Requirements What You’ll Own This is not a narrow role. You’ll partner directly with the founders and be responsible for: shipping growth experiments, building marketing assets, and bringing our first distribution motions to life . You’ll have say in shaping strategy, systems, and brand. Early initiatives: Launches Growth experiments Positioning and Copy Editorial level content engine Design partner funnel Partnerships & VIP onboarding Tracking & Metrics Who We’re Looking For This is for someone who’s world-class, someone who built early before - or really wants to. Preference : 2-6 years in startup ops, marketing, growth, GTM, or founder-associate roles Excellent writing: you know how to communicate with polish, clarity, and tone Able to move from blank page to live experiment in hours, not weeks Visual taste: unafraid of jumping into design software to create assets Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity, hungry for responsibility and speed High agency, high humility, and highly collaborative. Curious about how humans build enduring networks.
