About the Role: As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and safely. You’ll play a key role in training and developing your team, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate customer service staff to deliver outstanding service and maximise sales opportunities Train staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and merchandising Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain quality control of deli and fresh meat lines Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and workplace safety Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Ensure staff adhere to uniform and grooming standards Maintain accurate pricing and implement price changes as required Foster positive relationships with suppliers and stay updated on new products and specials Perform other duties as required to support store operations About You: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within retail or grocery is highly regarded Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop staff Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health and safety practices Confident in handling customer complaints and resolving issues Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards Why Join Us?
