With a strong pipeline of work including both client builds and their own developments, they have built a solid reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships.Their projects can range up to $20 - 30M Your new role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will lead subcontractors on site, coordinate trades, oversee scheduling, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role will see you working across a range of projects, from mid-sized industrial builds through to commercial developments, giving you exposure to varied and interesting work. What you will need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, WHS requirements, and site coordination Ability to lead subcontractors and build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers Excellent organisational and communication skills A trade background or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded What you will get in return You'll join a Toowoomba-based builder with a steady pipeline of upcoming projects across SEQ.
