Job Title: Performance Marketing Account Manager We’re looking for a talented and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns. You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, reporting, and optimisation—delivering measurable results across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. This is an in-office role based in Surry Hills, 4 days per week. Responsibilities Manage 10–15 client accounts as the primary point of contact. Plan, launch, optimise, and report on performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. Develop data-led strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs. Analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop high-impact ad content. Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and industry developments. Coordinate with other departments to drive client success and account growth. Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in paid media campaign management. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution. Proven client-facing skills with the ability to present results and build lasting relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
