What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Manager , you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects from procurement through to completion. The current pipeline includes childcare centres, education buildings, industrial facilities, and office refurbishments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the delivery cycle. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Managing project timelines, reporting, and budgets Assisting with PCG meetings and guiding projects through authority approvals and construction phases Keeping stakeholders informed and accountable throughout the project lifecycle The Foundation for Success We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive attitude and solid coordination experience within the construction space. 3–5 years' experience in project coordination or project management (preferably with a consultancy or contractor) A degree in construction, property, engineering, or a related field Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Exposure to built-form projects such as childcare, education, industrial, or office buildings An interest in growing into full project ownership with support from an experienced team What’s In It For You!
