Talent Web is looking to speak with Civil Designers in Brisbane with exposure to land development and subdivision projects. This role suits a designer who enjoys producing detailed designs in 12D and AutoCAD, liaising with councils, service authorities, and contractors to deliver projects on time and to standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare civil designs and documentation for subdivisions, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and bulk earthworks. Use 12D, AutoCAD, and DRAINS to deliver accurate and compliant designs. Liaise with clients, councils, and service authorities to support project approvals. Contribute to project delivery from concept through to construction. About You 5 years’ experience in civil design, ideally within land development. Proficient in 12D and AutoCAD with knowledge of DRAINS. Strong understanding of Australian Standards, council requirements, and service authority approvals. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interaction.
