Company snapshot A building services specialist located in the north eastern (inner) suburbs. A growing team of 7 Building Services engineers. The usual variety of projects from education to residential, industrial and hospitality. You'll have worked on similar before. Why this role? Your day to day You know how a services team runs as you've done this before - no need for me to write it all down. If you come from a design background already, that'll be handy. You’ll engage with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders too - something you may have also done before. You’ll need a few skills to start: Electrical Engineering degree ideal with drafting experience Team player – someone who can work within a small and a large team, or, solo. Flexibility to appreciate the changes in scope of works. Ability to have a chat from time to time.
