This position offers the ideal balance of professional challenge and work-life flexibility About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and upkeep of commercial assets, ensuring buildings and tenancies are maintained to the highest standard while meeting all compliance obligations. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs. Managing contractors, tenders, and service contracts Preparing budgets, quotes, and reports in collaboration with the property team Overseeing fit-outs and capital works projects Liaising directly with tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve issues About You We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You will bring: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory) Sound knowledge of leases, contracts, building maintenance, and compliance.
