GRIT is on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for a 6-month contract with a Brisbane-based client. You’ll play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and optimising the ServiceNow platform to support ITIL best practices and deliver business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB and configuration management. Support process alignment with ServiceNow capabilities to improve business workflows. Roll out new processes, functionalities, and features across the platform. Provide support across ITSM functions, including: Change Management Configuration Management Asset Management Incident Management Ticketing and request workflows Service Request Management Knowledge Base Management Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator (or similar role). Strong experience in configuring and maintaining a CMDB . ITIL v3 or v4 certification (essential). Previous experience in ITSM environments highly regarded. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to advise on process improvements. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
