Fast-growing, strategically astute private developer Multiple asset types Source, design, deliver A very rare opportunity to work alongside a highly respected, innovative owner to grow and diversify the asset base, this role requires an experienced development professional who is as comfortable sourcing and packaging commercial deals as delivering them. The remit will be to source projects suitable for an ownership model across a diverse range of assets, from childcare to medical/allied health to storage to retail, and everything in between. Utilising your feasibility skills you will present the case to the owner and, once approved, obtain pre-commitments and deliver the projects. Your background will include extensive experience across the cycle with non-residential assets, from acquisition to delivery, and proven success in establishing a considerable portfolio of performing assets. The commercial nous to spot a deal, add value strategically in terms of new business opportunities and maintain a high tempo across delivery are all essential pre-requisites.
