The Role Managing a Blayney portfolio of over 100 properties, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end property management. Handling landlord/tenant communications and resolving issues Conducting open homes, routines, ingoing/outgoing inspections Organising repairs, maintenance, and contractor liaison Monitoring rent payments, arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews Performing rent reviews and negotiations Utilising PropertyMe, The Hub, and Eagle CRM About You You’re an experienced Property Manager (minimum 1 year) with strong communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude. You’ll hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, and be confident working with industry software. Your organisational skills and eye for detail will set you apart. Access to your own vehicle is ideal, though a company car may be considered for the right person. What’s in it for you?
