Full Job Description One of Australia’s leading scaffolding specialist, Star Scaffolds, has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Administration Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team on a full-time contract out of our Brisbane South Branch based in Kingston (Logan Area) Your responsibilities will include: Customer service and enquires. General office work duties including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc. Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations. Scheduling of daily jobs for all Scaffolders. Liaising with installers and sub-contractors. Confirming jobs with customers Reviewing scaffold install/dismantle photos.
