This pivotal role will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership, overseeing a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers to ensure our AI initiatives are innovative, ethical, and scalable. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends. Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary AI team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. AI Development: Oversee the development of scalable AI models and systems, ensuring robustness, adaptability, and performance. Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and encourage experimentation to drive innovation. Data Governance: Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in all applications. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary AI subject matter expert, communicating progress and impact to executives, partners, and clients. Performance & Optimization: Implement metrics to monitor AI systems and ensure continuous improvement. Budget Management: Oversee resources and budgets to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in AI development, with a strong background in leadership roles. Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and computer vision. Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, or C++), with knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) desirable. Proven experience managing complex, large-scale AI projects with strong project management skills. Understanding of ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft). Published research papers, patents, or contributions to the AI community. Domain-specific experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, or automotive.
