We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with data experts and business stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, design data-driven solutions, and generate insights that fuel growth and innovation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Databricks , a strong foundation in Generative AI and traditional AI techniques , and the drive to push the boundaries of what's possible with data. We will count on you to: Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to understand objectives and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making. Design and implement advanced models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to unlock actionable insights from large datasets. Develop and deploy machine learning models in Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other applications. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations, presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay at the forefront of emerging AI and ML techniques, proactively applying them to business challenges. Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practice adoption. What you need to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience delivering impactful, production-grade data science solutions. Strong expertise in Generative AI and traditional AI , including deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a creative approach to solution design. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments. What makes you stand out? Hands-on experience using Databricks for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. Ability to apply Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to solve complex business problems. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) to communicate insights effectively. Things that will make you really stand out (not essential, but highly valued): Real-world MLOps experience in Databricks , particularly in model registration and evaluation. Exposure to Anthropic's Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service, or Dapr . Experience building AI Agents and integrating them into reasoning models. Experience with AI platform engineering : implementing constraints, monitoring, automated testing, and governance at scale.
