Instructional Learning Designer & Facilitator Contract until May 2026 | $800-$900 super per day | Macquarie Park (3 days in office) We're recruiting for an experienced Instructional Learning Designer & Facilitator to join a large-scale ERP transformation program with one of Australia's leading organisations. This role plays a key part in building capability and driving adoption of new systems and processes across employees and customers. Design and deliver engaging learning materials and training programs (eLearning, guides, digital content, workshops) Facilitate learning sessions for super users and end users to support ERP adoption and UAT activities Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose learning solutions Apply adult learning principles to create impactful, measurable learning interventions What we're looking for: 3 years' experience in instructional design and facilitation within large, complex ERP programs Strong background in digital learning content development and blended delivery approaches Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with WalkMe (or other digital adoption platforms) is highly desirable This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in a high-profile ERP transformation while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
