Learning Coordinator | Contract | $600-$650/day | Macquarie Park (Hybrid) We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to support a large-scale transformation program with one of our key clients in the retail and distribution sector. This is a contract role through to July 2026 , offering a day rate of $600-$650 super , based in Macquarie Park with a hybrid model (3 days in-office) . About the Role: As the Learning Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering and coordinating end-user training across multiple business units and project releases. You'll work closely with the learning and change teams to ensure training is effectively planned, scheduled, and delivered, helping both internal and external stakeholders confidently adopt new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-user learning schedules across program releases Coordinate training logistics including venues, equipment, and invites Track attendance and training completion Liaise with stakeholders to capture site-specific training needs Distribute learning materials and maintain training records What We're Looking For: 1 year in a learning support or coordination role within a project/program environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite SharePoint and LMS experience is a bonus This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team working on a significant transformation initiative.
