About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of capital and asset-related projects across a diverse property portfolio. Based in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time role requiring site visits to regional NSW , with kilometre reimbursement for travel. Our central office is conveniently located near public transport. This role focuses on managing full project lifecycles, with a strong emphasis on digital asset management , stakeholder engagement, and the introduction of technology-driven solutions. You'll oversee planning, delivery, and post-implementation review of capital works while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery – from scoping to handover. Administer budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and financial tracking. Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams. Ensure compliance with OHS&E policies and BGIS governance standards. Implement and track digital asset management initiatives. Present system improvement strategies and recommend new technologies to enhance client operations. Prepare detailed progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in project management, ideally within capital works or facilities environments. Strong knowledge of contracts, financials, and safety systems (QA, OH&S, EMS). Experience with digital systems and asset management platforms. Advanced Microsoft Office and project scheduling software skills (Excel, Word, MS Project). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in presenting tech-based solutions. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related field.
