The role ALS Geochemistry is seeking a hands-on and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Malaga . This full-time role (38 hours per week) is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys both guiding a small team and taking a practical approach to day-to-day maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance within our laboratory facility, as well as coordinating contractor support when required. Full on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are confident in maintaining laboratory equipment while working in compliance with ALS HSE policies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with team members, section supervisors, and facility management regarding equipment issues and downtime.
