About the role: You’ll be embedded within the Engaged Community Division and take part in structured rotations across key portfolios, partnering with community development specialists, customer experience experts, unique design and marketing professionals and more. The Engaged Community Division plays a vital role in fostering connection, wellbeing, and inclusion across our City. The Division delivers a diverse range of services and programs to support informed, healthy, and connected communities. From delivering vibrant events, to engaging our community on social media and ensuring our community’s health and safety, the Engaged Community Division works collaboratively to enhance people’s lives through genuine human connection, excellence in service and placing customers at the heart of everything we do. You will contribute to real projects aligned with your field of study, organisational priorities, and community outcomes. The structure is flexible, allowing each graduate’s journey to reflect their interests, capabilities, and the evolving needs of the organisation.
