As the go-to expert, you will shape solutions that truly matter for customers. You will be tailoring your solutions to add value while at the same time supporting with business outcomes. Collaborating with the Sales Teams, your technical know-how will be used to identify opportunities that will impact customer experience while uplifting category capability across Fasteners and Hand & Power Tools. What you’ll be doing: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, using your expertise to identify and deliver tailored outcomes Collaborate with Account Managers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of product sales support; from identification/development to the delivery of customised solutions Be the trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders on relevant products Unlock new opportunities, utilising data, reporting, and customer feedback to enhance sales and market share Identify ways to differentiate our offer and elevate the experience Assist with quote and tender responses, recommending best products for specific requirements Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and excellence What you’ve got: Previous experience with fasteners or hand and power tools Experience in a technical product advisory or Sales role Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work on the ground with customers Exceptional communication and relationship building skills Strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of CRM systems being highly regarded What's in it for you: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based in Carole Park.
