This identified position plays a vital role in: Delivering advanced clinical nursing care and care coordination across the continuum of care. Building strong, culturally safe relationships with children, young people, families, and communities. Leading partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders to improve health outcomes. Applicants not meeting this requirement will not be considered. About You Metro South Health is looking for a Registered Nurse who: Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Has advanced skills and experience in paediatric and adolescent health.
