This identified position plays a vital role in: Delivering advanced clinical nursing care and care coordination across the continuum of care. Building strong, culturally safe relationships with children, young people, families, and communities. Leading partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders to improve health outcomes. Holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Has advanced skills and experience in paediatric and adolescent health.
