The Role We’re on the hunt for a Qualified & Experienced Full-time Hairdresser , who can hit the ground running and deliver outstanding results for our loyal and new clients. You will be working in a modern salon with a strong, supportive team and plenty of opportunities to grow. Key Responsibilities (Primary Duties): Provide precision haircuts (includes kids, men and women), chemical treatments, colouring, chemical straightening, Nanoplasty, styling, foils. Cleansing hair with professional shampoos and applying scalp-conditioning treatments. Creating styles such as braids, perming and applying hair extensions Provide expert advice on hair care routines, products, and suitable hairstyles. Schedule client appointments and process payments (EFTPOS/cash), issuing receipts. Deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships Maintain a clean and professional salon environment About You You’re not just a Hairdresser — you’re an artist who loves transforming looks and making clients feel amazing. You’ll bring: A relevant Qualification in Hairdressing ( Certificate III & IV or equivalent qualification). At least 2 years of salon experience , with confidence across all aspects of hairdressing. Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling — with a creative flair. A team-player attitude , who’s positive, professional, and loves a good laugh. Excellent communication and customer service skills that make every client feel at home.
