About the Position As the WHS Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving a proactive safety culture across multiple sites across NSW. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate closely with managers and operational teams to uphold high safety standards and positive workplace culture; WHS risk assessments, incident investigations and safety reporting; Lead WHS training sessions and deliver relevant communications; Maintain safety data systems and reporting performance indicators; and Conduct scheduled WHS site support visits and ensure regulatory compliance. About You You are a dedicated safety professional who brings a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You are confident working across multiple sites, building rapport with teams at all levels, and delivering practical, people-first WHS support. You will have: Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of best practice work health, safety and wellbeing programs; Tertiary qualifications in work, health & safety; High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in stakeholder management; High-level organisational skills and proven ability to successfully implement change initiatives and projects; Extensive experience in incident investigation and auditing; and Knowledge of work and non-work-related illness and injury management requirements and first aid experience.
