About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join their Sydney team on a temporary basis. This role requires someone reliable, energetic and detail-oriented, who can hit the ground running and support the team with day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties Pick, pack, receive and dispatch stock Book couriers and complete system transactions Accurately maintain warehouse documentation and stock records Operate forklift safely to store and retrieve goods Ensure warehouse remains organised, clean and compliant with WHS requirements Skills and Experience Experience working within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceutical or similar. Current forklift licence and proven forklift experience Previous warehouse experience with pick pack, dispatch, and systems knowledge Ability to use ERP/WMS systems Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and reliability Positive energy and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to commit to a temporary assignment until the end of Nov 2025 Culture You’ll be joining a friendly, collaborative warehouse team who are known for supporting each other and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
