About the Opportunity Join our high-performing team and take ownership of a dual-desk recruiting for manufacturing and production roles. This role covers both temp and perm placements, including blue-collar positions and leadership roles. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, building strong client and candidate relationships. Duties Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk Develop and maintain strong client relationships Lead generation, business development calls and reverse market top talent On-board new clients and generate revenue Source, screen and interview top-tier candidates Build a pipeline of active and passive talent Write and post compelling job ads Achieve sales targets & KPIs in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with a supportive recruitment team Skills and Experience required Agency recruitment experience is required Ability to work with high volume, fast-paced recruitment Ability to manage a dual desk supporting both permanent and temporary placements Experience generating new business and on-boarding clients High-energy, results-driven & strong communicator Tech savvy, organised and a quick learner.
