We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client’s collaborative and supportive team. This is a fantastic permanent part-time opportunity (4 days per week) for someone who enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient work. About the Role Working closely with the finance and administration teams, you will provide support across accounts receivable and general administrative duties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: Generating and sending invoices to clients; Following up on overdue accounts and managing client statements; Supporting the sales team with order processing, returns, and credits; Liaising with external stakeholders regarding remittances and enquiries; and General administrative support including filing, scanning, and answering calls. About You We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. To be successful, you will have: Proven experience in accounts receivable and administration; Strong working knowledge of XERO (essential); Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills; and A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
