About the Role: You will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on Strata Title sales , including off-the-plan and complex developments. Key duties include: Drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring key dates, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Conducting settlements via PEXA and handling all related electronic lodgements. Liaising with clients, agents, counsel, and government authorities to ensure smooth, timely completions. Providing a client-focused service with unwavering accuracy and professionalism.
