Overview Alpha Technical Training (ATT) is a rapidly growing Australian RTO on a mission to transform vocational education. Your Role You’ll be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, delivering a professional and supportive experience from first contact to course commencement. This role blends sales performance with genuine care—ensuring students feel informed, confident, and excited to begin their learning journey. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students—guiding them through course options, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth, supportive enrollment experience. You’ll work closely with our Admin and Student Support teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process and maintain high satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle. Responsibilities Engage and convert inbound leads through phone, email, and CRM platforms Follow up with 100% of new leads within 48 hours to maximize conversion Understand student goals and recommend suitable training programs Maintain accurate records of lead status, conversion rates, and student interactions Collaborate with Admin and Student Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding Conduct courtesy calls and check-ins during the student lifecycle Uphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all communications Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing student feedback and insights What We’re Looking For 2 years experience in sales, student recruitment, or customer service (Edutech or RTO preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong follow-up discipline and CRM proficiency Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Familiarity with Australian education systems or vocational training (preferred) Ability to work independently and collaborate across hybrid teams Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Industries: Technical and Vocational Training J-18808-Ljbffr
